SECTION 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DEUS INFINITUM ("the Service," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") at deus-infinitum.com, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The most current version is always available at deus-infinitum.com/terms.html.

These Terms apply to all users of DEUS INFINITUM, including free (Acolyte) users, paid subscribers, and enterprise clients.
SECTION 02

Description of Service

DEUS INFINITUM is an AI-powered creative entertainment platform that allows users to:

  • Generate fictional AI-powered deity characters using artificial intelligence
  • Build interactive mythological pantheons and interconnected universes
  • Engage in simulated conversations with AI-generated deity characters
  • Generate creative content including deity profiles, mythology, and fictional scripture
  • Participate in simulated divine events including wars, miracles, and cosmological narratives

DEUS INFINITUM is entirely a fictional entertainment product. All gods, universes, mythologies, and narratives generated are fictional. Nothing generated by this platform represents real religious, spiritual, or metaphysical claims.

SECTION 03

User Accounts & Registration

Some features of DEUS INFINITUM may require account registration. By creating an account you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately at support@deus-infinitum.com of any unauthorised use of your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

SECTION 04

Subscriptions & Payments

DEUS INFINITUM offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Acolyte (Free): Limited access with 3 God Tokens. No payment required.
  • High Priest (₹849/month or $9.99/month): Full access with 50 monthly tokens.
  • Divine Council (₹2,499/month or $29.99/month): Premium access with 200 monthly tokens.
  • Enterprise (₹24,999/month or $299/month): Full platform access with unlimited tokens.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe (international) and Razorpay (India). We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you subscribed. Prices are shown in INR for Indian users and USD for international users. Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled by your payment provider.

Taxes: Prices shown may be exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.). Applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout and added to your total.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each month. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
SECTION 05

God Tokens & Credits

God Tokens are consumable credits used to summon AI-generated gods and access certain AI-powered features. The following terms apply to God Tokens:

  • Tokens are consumed when you summon a god, generate scripture, or perform other AI-powered actions
  • Monthly subscription tokens are refreshed at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over
  • Purchased token packs (Spark, Storm, Pantheon, Divine) do not expire as long as your account remains active
  • Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash
  • We reserve the right to adjust token costs for features at any time
  • Unused tokens from cancelled subscriptions are forfeited upon cancellation
SECTION 06

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use DEUS INFINITUM to:

  • Generate content that promotes hatred, violence, discrimination, or harassment against any individual or group
  • Create content that sexualises minors or promotes illegal activities
  • Attempt to circumvent our token system, tier gates, or any other usage limits
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform
  • Impersonate other users, our team members, or any other person
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

SECTION 07

Intellectual Property

Our Content: The DEUS INFINITUM platform, including its code, design, branding, visual assets, audio system, and overall concept, is owned by DEUS INFINITUM and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the specific god names, descriptions, and creative input you provide. However, by using our Service you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and promote content created on our platform for marketing purposes.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI system (god profiles, mythologies, scriptures, etc.) is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share this content with attribution to DEUS INFINITUM.

The names SYNTHOS, ENTROPEIA, DEUS INFINITUM, and associated mythology are our intellectual property and may not be used commercially without written permission.

SECTION 08

AI-Generated Content

DEUS INFINITUM uses large language model AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate creative content. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected
  • Generated content is fictional and for entertainment purposes only
  • We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of every AI generation
  • We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content
  • AI responses may vary for similar inputs — identical inputs do not guarantee identical outputs
  • We filter AI outputs but cannot guarantee all content meets every user's expectations
All gods, universes, mythologies, prophecies, and divine communications generated by DEUS INFINITUM are entirely fictional. They represent no real religious, spiritual, or metaphysical beliefs.
SECTION 09

Privacy & Data

We take your privacy seriously. In summary:

  • We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the Service (email, usage data, payment information)
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties
  • Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and Razorpay — we never see your card details
  • Your god creations and pantheon data may be stored on our servers when you are logged in
  • We use cookies for session management and basic analytics
  • You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing ai@deus-infinitum.com

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEUS INFINITUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from AI-generated content
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Actions of third-party services (Stripe, Razorpay, Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel)

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

SECTION 11

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time.

You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. Email support@deus-infinitum.com to request full account deletion.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms. In cases of termination for violation, no refund will be provided.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after 90 days of inactivity or upon account closure.

SECTION 12

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

For international users, we comply with applicable local consumer protection laws to the extent required.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
