My god failed to summon — what do I do? ▶
This usually happens when your God Tokens are empty or there's a temporary API issue. Check your token balance at the top of the app. If tokens are available, try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, email support@deus-infinitum.com with your account email.
I was charged but my tier didn't upgrade — help! ▶
Payment processing can take 2-5 minutes to reflect. Try refreshing the page and logging out then back in. If your tier still shows as Free after 10 minutes, email support@deus-infinitum.com with your payment confirmation and we'll fix it immediately.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime? ▶
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period — no pro-rated refunds, but you keep full access until expiry. See our Refund Policy for full details.
My pantheon disappeared after I refreshed — where did it go? ▶
Currently, pantheons are stored in your browser session. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, your gods may not appear. We are actively building cloud save (login with Google) which will persist your pantheon forever across all devices. This feature is coming very soon.
I want to use DEUS INFINITUM for my game / platform — how? ▶
We offer Enterprise plans with full API access, white-label branding, and custom integrations. Email enterprise@deus-infinitum.com with details about your platform and we'll put together a custom package within 72 hours.
Is my data safe? Do you store my gods? ▶
Currently gods are stored in your browser only — we don't store your pantheon on our servers unless you're logged in. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and Razorpay — we never see or store your card details. See our Terms and Conditions for full data policy.
